The Featured Item badge is awarded to items that are selected to appear in the Featured section of the site. These items are shown for a limited time in the Featured sidebar which appears on every page of the site. Once their time is up, they will still show up on the Featured page of the site. Featured items are selected for a variety of reasons, but you will greatly increase your chances of being selected by including a lot of information and images. Most, but not all featured items have received the Bronze Complete Item award.
