I've always had a thing for these guitars and never found the right one. The custom shop models use the wrap tailpiece and the current production gibsons don't have bound necks.i found this clean 97 for the right price and jumped on it.

Evidently, the custom shop made some of these back in the early to mid 90's and it seems as if the specs carried over into the production guitars.at any rate, this guitar is just shy of 7 lbs,has p-90's that measure just under 8k and a big neck that's smaller than a 50's but rounder than a 60's.it's just a scary good guitar all around.
