The Paiste Alpha line has a great price point and is made of just as high quality materials as the Zildjian A custom and Sabian AA lines. The metal ride in particular looks brilliant, shiny, and modern. A good addition to anyone's kit, so long as they like a more prominent ride.

The sound of this ride, admittedly, can take some getting used to. It is amazingly pingy, and has this huge metallic wash in the background. Best suited for rock or metal, to the point where it might even sound weird in a jazz or fusion setting.
