I bought this new for $300 and for my needs I love it. The 15" speaker really thumps and holds up well even against more expensive bass amps. It has two different jacks for active and passive bass guitars. Also has a direct out for recording and a button-activated horn. The build quality is surprisingly solid and it has recessed handles on each side. Tested it out with a few bass guitars including Dave's MusicMan Sterling and my MIM Jazz Bass and it gets great sound with both. No problems cutting through the mix in live performance. I have no regrets buying this amp, it works great for my needs.
