This guitar is what got me started on the danelectro kick. It plays like butter,the pickup sounds great and the electronic layout is just insanely versatile. These guitars (and their bass counterparts) allow you to passively roll off bass or treble or defeat the tone controls all together.they were made to be affordable but are great sounding ,great playing instruments.
