I like the Eleven Rack, but theres a couple of things that bug me about it.
The pros:
Theres so many interesting presets, which I can all modify to suit my taste if I want to.
I can play with really good quality on my headphones at all hours of the day. (I found
the Amplug's sound quality to quickly decay. Might be my playing or me being unlucky
with my Amplug, but thats the opinion I'm left with after owning the classic guitar one)
I love being able to edit everything, it makes me really feel like I'm producing my own tone.
Its amazing being able to connect it to my Windows computer and record with what I find is
satisfiable quality.
Cons:
I hate Windows, and Avid hasn't released drivers for Linux. Which really bugs me out.
I find the distortion too muddy. It's most probably me not being able to tweak the EQ right,
but some of the tones kind of drowns out. Might be my guitar or my playing aswell. I'm not sure.
Anyway, overall I'm satisfied with it. I was going for a AxeFx, but s**t man. I'm still a student.
It works quite good as a jamming station and thats really what I need at my current skill.
