Here's my 1989 Stingray. Although I don't take it out every night these days, it really is a fabulous instrument. It's the 3 band active EQ model so has great versatility as well as a Hipshot drop tuner and brass nut. I could talk all day about how great these basses are but the chances are if you're looking at this you already know!

I've recently overhauled this bass, giving it a full set-up, re-string and clean and I'd forgotten just how much I enjoy playing it. It's completely as I bought it apart from the neck which I've had professional sanded. Every so often I apply a few coats of Warwick satin wax and it plays like a dream. I really would recommend it if you don't quite like the thick gloss laquer which you find on a lot of older instruments.
